Steading Cottage is ideally situated for a broad range of outdoor activities, particularly golf. St Andrews and Gleneagles courses are both within a 30 minute drive and many in between including, Ladybank, Perth, Murrayshall, Kinross, Milnathort and many more.

Outdoor

Hill walking, off road driving, fishing, shooting, ski-ing and watersports are all within easy reach and information is available in the cottage information folder.

City of Perth and surrounding area

The city of Perth is ten miles north and has many places of interest including Scone Palace, Perth Races, New concert hall and a wide variety of shopping.

Edinburgh

Scotland's captial city is 45 minutes away by car, train or bus and offers visitors a wide range of attractions including the Edinburgh Festival.

St Andrews

The town of St Andrews is a 30 minute drive along the Fife Coastal Route which is a recognised tourist attraction with fishing villages and fine restaurants along the way.
